Shipping

We offer delivery services through UPS, FedEx, and USPS, because we have found that they have less delays and handle packages more effectively. If you have a preferred transportation company, please let us know, but we reserve the right to choose the most suitable transportation company for your order.

In stock items – Shipment will be dispatched within 1-3 days after placing the order.

Out of stock items – These items are currently unavailable and cannot be added to the shopping cart for purchase.

Delayed or lost orders: Although our team strives to ensure that all orders are dispatched on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company. We can only arrange for re-shipping after initiating a freight claim and confirming the loss of the package by the courier company. If you believe your package is lost, please send an email to Exvoa88@outlook.com to initiate the claim procedure with the courier company. Please attach your order number in the email.

Damaged goods: Our team will do their best to pack the packages as securely as possible, but they cannot fully control the handling of the packages by the courier company. If your package is damaged during transportation, please send an email to Exvoa88@outlook.com to contact the courier company for a claim. In the email, please attach your order number as well as the following pictures:

  • Shipping label
  • Inside of the packaging
  • Front/back of the packaging
  • Damaged item

Incorrect or incomplete address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay for all re-distribution costs and re-deliver the order to the corrected address. If the address you provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect, we will not be responsible for the loss of the order.
